DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Deposit :$500 deposit required to book date

Payment: Total balance due 2 weeks prior to the date of the event

Gratuity Fee : 18% gratuity fee applies to the total invoice balance due

RENTAL FEE SCHEDULE (3 hour minimum)

Mon – Thu 9 am – 12 am $100 x hr
Fri 9 am – 3 pm $100 x hr
Fri 3 pm – 12 am $250 x hr
Sat 9 am – 3 pm $150 x hr
Sat 3 pm – 12 am $550 x hr
Sun 9 am – 7 pm $150 x hr

Seating Capacity

Seating capacity is dependent on the floor plan and is laid out per your request.
we can sit 100 guests. There is ample free parking and street parking along south sixth street.

Payment methods
Payments may be made in person. A reservation will be secured upon receipt of a room rental deposit.
The deposit will be subtracted from your total rental fees.  Rental fees are to be paid fifteen (15) days before the event.
Events held on nationally recognized holidays will be billed at time and a half of current rates.
All rates are subject to change without notice.  Rates effective Jan 2018.

Dessert/Coffee Service

  • Not included in Formal Linen Flow Package.  Cost of dessert/coffee service will be determined by the type of your dessert and ranges from $.75 to $1.50.
